Shipping
We use USPS, and most items under one pound will be shipped First Class with tracking. If your item is over that it will be shipped USPS Priority. Please visit our shipping policy page for more information.
Please wait at least 3-5 business days to get your package after it has left our warehouse.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email and/or text with your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS.
In the event that you receive a damaged item, please send us an email as soon as possible and provide a photo of the damaged item. If applicable, we will kindly provide a return shipping label so that you can send your item back.
Cancellations & Refunds
We aim to process orders same day.We do not allow the cancelations of orders.If you purchased the wrong item, please contact our customer service department via email. However, we can not promise that your error will be corrected during the shipment process.
