Shipping

Our orders are processed and shipped throughout the week (excluding weekends and major holidays). We will email and notify customers of shipping delays ahead of time. Also, the Instagram page @shineserumsco provides the most up to date references for shipping delays when necessary.

Estimated Delivery Dates

Our estimates of average delivery times are based upon information provided by our shipping carriers. Standard Ground delivery is not guaranteed by the carrier, but will occur in 2-5 business days after the order has processed for most orders. For the most up to date delivery estimate, check the tracking number found on your shipping confirmation email.

During promotions, holidays, and at the end of each month, shipments may be delayed slightly due to high order volumes.

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing depending on product availability.
