How are items shipped? We use USPS, and most items under one pound will be shipped First Class with tracking. If your item is over that it will be shipped USPS Priority. Please visit our shipping policy page for more information.
When will my package get to me? Please wait at least 3-5 business days to get your package after it has left our warehouse.
How do I cancel an order? We aim to process orders same day. We do not allow the cancelations of orders. If you purchased the wrong item, please contact our customer service department via email. However, we can not promise that your error will be corrected during the shipment process.
Do you give refunds? No, unfortunately we do not.
Can I call to order? No, we do not offer call to order.
Do you hold Items? No, unfortunately not. We have a high turnover of products so we cannot hold items. If you are unsure about purchasing, or have questions, please send us an email.
How do I track my order? Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email and/or text with your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS.
I received a damaged item. What should I do? In the event that you receive a damaged item, please send us an email as soon as possible and provide a photo of the damaged item. If applicable, we will kindly provide a return shipping label so that you can send your item back.
Why was my order canceled? Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. If your order is flagged as fraudulent, your order will be cancelled immediately.
How long does the product last?
A bottle of serum can last anywhere from two to three months. The recommend amount is just enough swipes to coat the lashes without visible excess and two to three swipes back and forth over the brows to ensure they are fully coated without excess.
What is special about the ingredients?
They are naturally sourced organic oils. The oils are halal products in addition to being vegan and cruelty-free.
How long will it take for me to see results?
Some customers will see results in as little as 2-4 weeks, but some may need longer. This is because the life cycle of a hair follicle is longer so it takes time to see full results. Almost all customers see some improvement and/or change in their brow or lash length and thickness with 6-8 weeks of consistent use. Do I need to purchase both the eyelash serum and eyebrow serum?
The brush for the eyelash serum is specially made to be used as an eyeliner. This is because the goal is to nourish the hair follicles not only the hair. Using a normal mascara brush is not always enough to penetrate that area especially in those with more curved and curly lashes. We recommend that customers purchase according to the area they wish to restore, if lash then purchase lash serum, if brow then purchase brow serum, and lastly if both lash and brow then purchase both lash and brow!
Is it safe to use with contacts?
It is suggested that contacts are removed before use, be very careful to avoid the eyes. Please use a q-tip to remove excess product before blinking or rubbing the eyes.
How often should I use the product?
It is recommended that the serums are used at least once a day for maximum results, but many customers will see better results with twice a day use depending on your daily makeup routine.
Is it safe to use during pregnancy?
Yes, however we recommend that all pregnant women should consult their doctor before trying anything new products especially those that could possibly be absorbed in the hair.
How do you formulate your products?
I have tried and tested to come up with the perfect quantities for these special blends. Unfortunately, the exacts formulas will not be released in order to protect intellectual property.
What is your health disclaimer?

Where’s my order? How long does shipping usually take?
We try our best to get orders to you in 5-9 business days (M-F). Rarely, it can take up to 14 business days if a product is backordered. It is rare for production and shipping to take more time than this, but as we are a small business and sometimes mistakes occur. Rest assured, if you think we forgot your order, we did not! We are taking care of everybody the best that we can and will get your products to you ASAP.
Can you send me free products that I can advertise for the brand?
Thank you for the offer! However, a lot of our pictures come from friends of the brand and those in the Shine Serums Co. community. If you’d like to support, the best way to do so is to buy your own products and either DM us/tag us in your pictures on IG/TW/FB or email them to us. We will be running giveaways and discounts fairly frequently, so there’s plenty of opportunities to support and purchase something from Shine Serums Co.!
Why was my product backordered?
The high-quality and exclusiveness of our brand is attributed to the fact that the eyebrow and eyelash serums are handcrafted and individually made. Due to this, processing may take time. Customers who have ordered backordered products will be notified in a timely manner, but no need to fear the products should be ready in at least 1-2 weeks.
